You are moving yourself, and maybe your family, and want the company, residence visa and bank account in place without weeks of guesswork.
- A licence that matches what you will actually do
- Residence visas for you and your dependants
- Personal and corporate bank accounts
- A checklist that tells you what to bring, and when
You run an established business and want a UAE presence that is set up properly and stays compliant while your team focuses on growth.
- Free Zone or Mainland, compared for your activity
- Visas for the team you are moving or hiring
- Bookkeeping, VAT and Corporate Tax handled
- Renewals tracked so nothing lapses
You want a UAE structure for an investment or a new venture, often with shareholders who do not live in the UAE.
- Structure and jurisdiction advice for international ownership
- Corporate bank accounts for eligible non-resident shareholders
- Power of Attorney so we can act for you locally
- Golden Visa eligibility assessment
Questions founders ask first.
Straight answers. If yours is not here, your advisor will answer it in the consultation.
Free Zone or Mainland: which is right for me?
It depends on where your customers are, the activity you need and how many visas you plan. Free Zone companies suit many international and service businesses; Mainland companies can trade directly across the UAE market. We compare both for your activity in your consultation.
How long does company setup take?
It depends on the activity, the authority and how quickly documents are ready. Many Free Zone setups complete within a few weeks once documents are in order; Mainland and regulated activities can take longer. We give you a realistic range upfront and update you at every stage.
What does it cost?
Costs depend on the jurisdiction, licence activity and number of visas. You receive an itemised quote before you commit, with government fees and Alben Group service fees listed separately and nothing hidden.
Can you open a bank account if I do not live in the UAE?
In many cases, yes. We support corporate bank account opening for eligible non-resident shareholders. Approval always rests with the bank, so we prepare your application carefully to give it the best chance.
Do I need to be in Dubai for the setup?
Not always. Many steps can be handled remotely, and with a Power of Attorney our team can act for you on specific formalities. Some steps, such as the medical test and biometrics for a residence visa, need you in the UAE.
What happens after my company is set up?
Your advisor stays with you for PRO services, bookkeeping, VAT and Corporate Tax filings, licence renewals and visa renewals, so deadlines are not missed.
